Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During peak periods or special promotions, processing times may extend slightly, but we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary and may take longer depending on customs processing or carrier delays.

If your order includes multiple items, some products may ship separately at no additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours after the carrier scans your package.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, please contact support@unclejonsbookfactory.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier, and if the shipment is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement order at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Change-of-Mind Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, please contact support@unclejonsbookfactory.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition and unused.

  • Returns for “change of mind” are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
